04.Intellectual property
All elements comprising the Thalaxo Cloud platform (texts, graphics, software, images, sounds, plans, names, trademarks, logos, etc.) are protected by French and international intellectual property law and constitute the exclusive property of Nuvelia or its licensors.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, transmission or distortion, total or partial, of the platform or its content, by any means and on any medium, is prohibited without prior written consent from Nuvelia, under penalty of legal proceedings.
The Thalaxo Cloud trademark and associated logo are trademarks of Nuvelia. Any unauthorised use constitutes an infringement subject to criminal and civil penalties.
05.Limitation of liability
Nuvelia endeavours to ensure the accuracy and currency of information published on the platform but cannot guarantee its completeness or freedom from error.
Nuvelia shall not be held liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from access to or inability to access the platform, or from use of the platform and the information published thereon.
The platform may contain hyperlinks to third-party websites. Nuvelia exercises no control over these sites and accepts no liability for their content, operation or data protection practices.
06.Personal data protection
The processing of personal data carried out in connection with the use of the Thalaxo Cloud platform is described in the Privacy Policy, accessible at thalaxo.com/privacy.
