Use your new password to access your Thalaxo Cloud dashboard.

Solutions to common password reset problems
Didn't Receive the Email?
If the reset email doesn't arrive within 5 minutes:
- Check your spam or junk folder
- Verify you entered the correct email address
- Check if your email provider is blocking our emails
- Request a new reset link (no waiting period required)
Reset Link Expired?
Password reset links expire after 1 hour for security:
- Return to the reset password page
- Request a new reset link
- Complete the reset within 1 hour
- Old links become invalid once used
Email Not Registered?
If your email is not found in our system:
- Double-check the email spelling
- Try alternative email addresses you may have used
- Create a new account if you never registered
- Contact support if you believe this is an error
Password Requirements Error?
Ensure your new password meets these criteria:
- Minimum 8 characters in length
- At least one uppercase letter
- At least one number or special character
- Different from your last 5 passwords
